Made to Order & Pre-Order Items – Important Notice
Items labeled as Made to Order or Pre-Order are handcrafted exclusively upon customer request and production begins only after payment confirmation.
Due to the bespoke nature of these items:

Made to Order / Pre-Order items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has started

Minor variations in fabric, lace placement, or finishing may occur and are considered part of the uniqueness of handmade craftsmanship
By placing an order for a Made to Order or Pre-Order item, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, provided the items meet the return eligibility criteria.
This right does not apply to Made to Order, Pre-Order, or customized items.
