Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Orders within the UAE arrive in 1–2 business days. GCC orders take 3–5 business days, and international orders take 5–8 business days. Orders are processed within 24–48 hours before dispatch.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Shipping is free on UAE orders above AED 399, GCC orders above AED 899, and international orders above AED 1,500. Below these thresholds, a flat shipping fee applies.

Can I track my order?

Yes — you'll receive a tracking number by email or SMS once your order ships.

Can I still change my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible at care@bellebonjour.store or WhatsApp +971 58 848 7700 — we'll do our best to accommodate changes before your order is processed.

Made-to-Order (Crafted for You)

What does Made-to-Order mean?

Our Crafted for You collection is handmade to order by our atelier once you place your order. Production takes 14–21 business days before your piece ships.

Can I cancel or return a Made-to-Order piece?

Because each piece is handcrafted specifically for you, Made-to-Order and Pre-Order items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has started.

Can I request a rush Made-to-Order piece?

For rush requests, message us directly on WhatsApp at +971 58 848 7700 and we'll let you know what's possible.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Ready-to-ship items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.

What items can't be returned?

Sale items, gift cards, Made-to-Order/Pre-Order pieces, customized products, and opened personal care items are not eligible for return.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
