Yes — cash on delivery is available for all UAE orders.

Shipping & Delivery

How fast is delivery in UAE?

Standard orders are delivered across all UAE emirates within 1–2 business days. Free delivery on orders above AED 399, and AED 25 flat rate below AED 399.

Do you ship to GCC countries?

Yes — we deliver to all GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman) within 3–5 business days. Free shipping on orders above AED 899, and AED 79 flat rate below AED 899.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — Belle Bonjour ships worldwide within 5–8 business days. Free shipping on orders above AED 1,500, and AED 149 flat rate below AED 1,500.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your package through our courier partner's website.

Products & Sizing

What sizes are available?

Most Belle Bonjour pieces are available in S, M, L, and XL. Some pieces offer additional sizes including XSS/34 and XXL/44. Please refer to the size guide on each product page for exact measurements.

Do the pieces fit true to size?

Yes — Belle Bonjour pieces generally fit true to size. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed, fluid silhouette. Contact us on WhatsApp for personalised sizing advice.

What fabrics do you use?

Belle Bonjour uses a range of premium fabrics selected for the UAE climate: 100% viscose, silk-touch polyester satin, jacquard blends, Tencel, Lyocell, and natural cotton-viscose blends. Each product page specifies the exact fabric composition.

Are the fabrics suitable for UAE weather?

Yes — all fabrics are selected specifically for the UAE's indoor-outdoor climate. Viscose and natural blends breathe beautifully in warm evenings and remain comfortable in air-conditioned spaces.

Returns & Exchanges

What is the return policy?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original packaging. Contact us via WhatsApp at +971 58 848 7700 or email care@bellebonjour.store to initiate a return.

Are made-to-order pieces returnable?

Made-to-order pieces are crafted exclusively for you and are therefore non-refundable. We work closely with every customer before production begins to ensure the piece meets expectations.

Gifting

Can I add a gift message?

Yes — all Belle Bonjour orders can be prepared with a personalised gift message. Add your note at checkout.

Is luxury gift wrapping available?

Yes — all orders are wrapped by hand at Belle Bonjour studios in the UAE. Gift wrapping is available at checkout.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes — Belle Bonjour gift cards are available from AED 250 to AED 2,000 and can be used across the full store. Shop gift cards here.

Made-to-Order

How long does a made-to-order piece take?

Production time is 14–21 business days from confirmed payment. Rush options may be available — contact us to discuss. Visit our Made-to-Order collection to browse bespoke bridal robes.

Can I customise colour or size?

Yes — made-to-order pieces can be customised in colour, size, and certain design details. Contact us on WhatsApp before ordering to discuss your requirements.
